These terms govern your use of the Bedfit app and the bedfit.app website. By creating an account or using Bedfit, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Bedfit.

Bedfit is a training program for men who want to work on premature ejaculation or erection problems. It gives you course videos by Till Zerfas, a sex therapist, a training module with guided audio sessions, and an AI chat coach that carries Till's style.
Bedfit is education and training. It is not therapy, not a medical device and not a medical service. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and using it does not create a treatment or therapeutic relationship.
You must be at least 18 years old. Bedfit deals with adult sexuality and is not intended for minors. You use Bedfit for yourself, not on behalf of someone else.
The app needs an account. Your credentials are yours alone: do not pass them on and do not share your account. If you suspect that someone else is using your account, please tell us. You can delete your account in the app at any time, which ends your access. Deleting your account does not cancel a running subscription (see below).
Bedfit comes in three variants:
The price that applies is the one shown in the App Store or Google Play at the moment you buy. Prices can differ by country and can change over time; the store always shows the amount you will be charged before you confirm.
The packs are one-time payments. They never renew and you are never charged again. After 4 or 6 months your access simply ends. If you want to continue, you buy again.
The subscription renews every month until you cancel it. It is billed by the app store you bought it in, and that is where you cancel it: in the App Store under the subscriptions of your Apple account, in Google Play under subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access runs to the end of the month you paid for. Deleting the app or your Bedfit account does not cancel the subscription.
All purchases are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. Their terms, prices and refund rules apply to the transaction. Refunds go through the store you bought in, under that store's policy. We cannot issue store refunds and we do not promise any refund beyond what the store grants. A statutory right of withdrawal you have as a consumer is exercised against the store as your contractual partner. The prices shown to you in the store at the time of purchase apply, including any applicable VAT.
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these rules.
The chat coach is an AI. It writes in Till's style, but it is not Till and it is not a therapist. To produce answers, your messages are sent from our server to Google's Gemini model, and in individual cases to Anthropic's Claude model. How we handle that data is described in our privacy policy.
AI makes mistakes. Answers can be wrong, incomplete or simply off the mark. Do not treat them as professional advice, and check anything that matters with a qualified professional.
The coach does not pass messages on to Till, and Till does not reply to you personally. There is no message channel to him or to anyone on our team. What does happen: when the coach meets a question the course material cannot answer, Till is told that the knowledge is missing, and he extends the course material. That helps everyone who asks the same thing later, but it is not a reply addressed to you. Using the coach is not a therapy contract, not a treatment relationship and not an emergency service. If you need urgent help, contact a doctor or your local emergency number.
Training takes time. Lasting change takes about 3 to 4 months of consistent training on average, sometimes up to 6, with first improvements earlier. We would like to promise you something else, but that would not be honest. Results depend on you and on your situation, and we neither can nor do guarantee any particular result.
Bedfit is training, not medicine. It does not replace a visit to a doctor or a therapist, and nothing in the app is a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation for you personally.

Stop the training if it hurts or if it makes you feel worse. You decide what you do with your body and you are responsible for that decision.
The videos, audio sessions, texts, images and the app itself belong to us or to our licensors. For as long as your access lasts, we grant you a simple, personal, non-transferable right to use this content inside the app for your own training. Sharing, publishing, reselling, recording and using the content to train AI models are not allowed. This right ends when your access ends.
What you create in Bedfit stays yours: your notes, your chat messages and audio files you import yourself. You allow us to store and process this content as far as it is needed to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.
We work to keep Bedfit available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change features, add them or discontinue them. If we discontinue something that materially devalues access you have already paid for, contact us and we will find a fair solution.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. The same applies under the German Product Liability Act where it is applicable, and within any guarantee we have given.
For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation, meaning an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely. In that case liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Your mandatory rights as a consumer remain unaffected by these terms.
You can stop using Bedfit at any time and delete your account in the app. A running subscription has to be cancelled in the store (see purchases). We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these terms, in particular the usage rules above. The right of both sides to terminate for good cause remains unaffected. When your access ends, your right to use the content ends with it.
We may update these terms, for example when features change. We will point out significant changes in the app or by email and say when they take effect. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using Bedfit and delete your account; this does not affect your rights regarding an access period you have already paid for.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of that country. No place of jurisdiction is agreed with consumers; the statutory rules apply.
