How is this different from Viagra?
PDE5 inhibitors work on blood supply, not on performance anxiety. When erection problems are psychological, the cause sits in tension, racing thoughts and habit, and that is what you work on here. Pelvic floor training is part of it and does make the erection stronger, it is just not enough on its own: if the problem is in your head, Kegels alone train past the actual point.
How do I know whether it is physical or psychological?
A strong clue: if you get erections in the morning, at night or alone, the mechanics are fine, and the cause sits in your head and nervous system, which is the most common case. A medical check still belongs in the picture, because erection problems can also be an early warning sign of physical conditions.
Is there really a therapist behind this?
Yes. The method comes from Till Zerfas, a sex and couples therapist who has guided over 3,000 men. The content and the coach are built on his work, and he keeps reviewing and refining them.
How long does it take?
On average three to four months of regular training. You usually feel the first progress after just a few weeks: understanding what is happening on its own releases pressure right away. And unlike pills, the result lasts: it is new conditioning, not a trick.
Do I have to stop Viagra to train?
No. The training runs independently of it. Many men use both in parallel and need the pill less and less over time. The goal is that you can rely on your body, not on the pack in the nightstand.
Does it stay anonymous?
Yes. You do not need your real name, nothing on the app reveals what it is about, and your conversations with the coach stay private.
What does it cost?
The waitlist is free and non-binding. You will learn the price at launch: we will let you know as soon as the app is available.
